Lydia Beam has been dancing since she was 7 years old and loves to perform and teach all different styles of dance. Lydia graduated with a bachelor’s degree in music education from Penn State University in 2020. She has performed with the Allied Motion Dance company and toured the country as a performing member of the Blue Knights Drum Corps. Lydia has taught dance at Central Pennsylvania Dance Workshop, Center Region Parks and Rec Association, Move It Studio, Hempfield Rec Center, Pure Barre Lancaster, and Lancaster Rec Association. Lydia currently runs the dance program for Lancaster Rec and is the head of the visual program and choreographer for the Reading Buccaneers Drum Corps. Lydia is excited for the opportunity to join the cast of LoveBug this year!
Sean Davis is a graduate of Wilson High School in West Lawn, where he was a member of the Wilson Theatre Company since 9th grade. He has a deep rooted passion for performing and finds immense joy in dancing, singing and acting. In July 2022 , his competition dance team won the Ultimate Challenge Award in Hershey, PA. He is so very grateful for this opportunity and hopes you enjoy the show!
Hello, my name is Colette Evans; I’ve been dancing for 13 years. I’m currently a student at Lancaster Bible College, and I’m studying Clinical Mental Health and Counseling. This is my first season with FRWRD Dance Company, and I’m so excited!
Leah Fox is originally from New York. She received her BS in Dance from the State University of New York at Brockport. She has three children, and is thrilled to return to the dance again since becoming a mother.
Amy Haller began dancing at the age of 7 at Encore Dance Center, where she gained eleven years of experience in tap and jazz. Amy is a prenatal yoga and mindfulness teacher, therapist, and mom to two girls. She is grateful for the chance to return to the stage and continue to grow as a dancer. Amy would like to thank Lauren for this opportunity, and her husband and family for supporting her love of dance.
Caleb Heckman is grateful for the chance to share this world with you! Caleb is a Lancaster native and an actor, music director, accompanist, and teacher. His favorite roles include Seussical the Musical (Cat in the Hat) and Singin’ in the Rain (Don Lockwood) with Cavod Theatre; The Music Man (Constable Locke), Titanic (George Widener), and, soon, The Sound of Music (Franz, u/s Max) at Servant Stage. Caleb is grateful to spend the majority of his time in the arts teaching private piano, voice, and acting lessons; directing choirs and handbells; and teaching acting classes. “Thanks much to Lauren and the FRWRD Dance Co!”
Laura Liss is thrilled to have the opportunity to dance with this fantastic group of people. Originally from New York and now a native to Lancaster, Laura is an artist, yoga instructor and now dancer. She has learned so much from talented new friends and is excited to see what Lauren and FRWRD Dance Co will do next!
Hannah Reiniger is a stage and screen actor, singer, dancer, producer and choreographer. She has performed on regional, international and Broadway stages. Film credits include projects seen in Apple TV, Prime Video and Hulu. Upcoming performance: Broadway after Dark with Red Rum Theatre. Follow my journey @hanreiniger
Danika Steinmetz holds a BFA in Dance Performance from the SUNY Purchase Dance Conservatory in NY. Raised in Bellevue Washington, she attended the Pacific Northwest Ballet School and performed multiple times with the PNB Company in Seattle, WA. During her teenage years her family to PA where she studied at Lancaster School of Ballet and Susquehanna Dance Center. Throughout high school she performed principal roles with Ballet Theater of Lancaster and COBALT Dance Company, and participated in Mark Morris Dance Group workshops in Brooklyn, NY. Danika has taught dance in South America, co-directed dance clinics for The Greens at Greenwich CT retirement community, and directs the dance ensemble at Lancaster Bible College, where she is an adjunct Professor and the Dance Studies coordinator for the Music and Performing Arts Department. She has performed with the Ann Nuo Dance Company, LUNA, Catalyst Dance Co, and A/Y Dancers, and has appeared as a featured dancer at both the Fulton Theater (“Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat”, “The Wizard of Oz”, and “Fulton Follies”), and PRiMA Theater (“Chess”, “West Side Story”, and “Evita”). She now serves as the Dance Curator for the Trust Performing Arts Center, where she coordinates the annual Trust Dance Festival and directs projects for her dance group, DURANG.
Danika is married to Adam, her highschool Pas De Deux partner, and together they have two beautiful boys.
Katie Taylor began dancing at the age of three in her hometown of York and is now based in Lancaster. With her training deeply rooted in ballet and experience in jazz, tap, and modern, she finds her greatest joy in movement—especially when expressing herself alongside others. Katie is excited to return to the stage with FRWRD and deeply grateful to Lauren for fostering such a vibrant, welcoming space to connect, create, and grow.
